Measures implemented to remove barriers
We will be conducting a major, comprehensive update of our shop software in spring 2026. The new version of the shop software places a strong emphasis on accessibility. For economic reasons, we have not yet taken any special measures to implement accessibility.
Non-accessible content
Despite our efforts, the following content is not accessible:
- Images (have no or insufficient alt text)
- PDF documents
- Product and footer navigation
- Slider on the homepage
- Videos (do not have audio description or subtitles, are embedded via platforms)
- Forms contain non-accessible captchas
We are continuously working to identify and eliminate existing barriers. We will provide an accessible alternative to the CAPTCHAs used in forms by the end of August. In spring 2026, we will conduct a major, comprehensive update to our shop software that will address many of the current barriers. We will endeavor to remove the remaining barriers promptly thereafter.
Non-accessible content due to economic unreasonableness
Some barriers on our website cannot be removed in the short term due to economic prohibition. These include complex interactive applications and special features on our website that require significant financial and human resources to make them fully accessible. We continually evaluate opportunities for improvement, but due to the disproportionately high costs, we cannot remove all barriers immediately. This affects the following applications and features:
